30 percent of the company emplyees have learned and graduated from institutes and universities, and 20% are technicians and administrators. The company has more than 100 manufacturing machines and equipment and the key processes are using the advanced and up-dated machines from oversea.The fully automatic grid casters, lead oxide mills, pasting lines, curing ovens, computer-controlled rectifiers and assembly lines ensure the reliability of the products; and the well equipped enviromental systems had laid a strong foundation for the futer development.
